This tile image process is NOT dye sublimation, heat transfer or any of the other more common, tile imaging technologies that do not produce a durable product. This is a significantly superior process producing lasting results. Using precisely calibrated high-resolution scanners, sophisticated digital printing equipment, computers, color profiling, exacting procedures, and proprietary methods, fine art is transformed into multiple layers of inorganic pigments and glass glazes that are kiln-fired onto tile. This proprietary process digitally transforms your artwork or photograph into a high-resolution, permanent photographic quality image spanned across many tiles. Even with greatly enlarged murals, the image resolution is remarkable. All tile production is done in one studio so that quality can be assessed at each step to assure the most accurate color and image reproduction possible.
